Warranty Terms – Fliq™
2-Year Legal Warranty on Fliq™ Products
As a consumer within the European Union, you are entitled to a 2-year legal warranty on electronic devices, including your Fliq™ magnetic selfie monitor. This warranty protects you against non-conformity at the time of delivery or defects that appear under normal use.
What Does the Legal Warranty Mean?
In accordance with EU Directive 1999/44/EC (superseded by Directive (EU) 2019/771), you have the right to free repair or replacement if your product:
defective at the time of delivery (non-conformity), or functional fault within 24 months that is not caused by misuse.
For the first 12 months, a reversal of the burden of proof applies: the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless we can prove otherwise. During the second year, you may be asked to prove that the defect is not due to improper use.
What Are You Entitled To?
If your product develops a defect within the warranty period, you are entitled to:

Fliq Gear will determine whether repair or replacement is the most appropriate solution.
What’s Covered?
The warranty covers:
- or faults present at the time of delivery
- at no extra cost if your product is deemed defective
Please note:
- does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications
- reasonable time (preferably within 2 months) after noticing the issue

What’s Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover:
Cosmetic wear (such as scratches, discoloration, or light scuffs) is also not covered.
