1. General

These Terms apply to all purchases made through our webshop and to all interactions with www.fliqgear.com. We may update or modify these Terms at any time. The version applicable to your order is the version available at the time of purchase. If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining sections remain fully enforceable.

This website sells consumer electronic accessories under the brand name Fliq Gear.


3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and up to date. Minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturing improvements, or differences between production batches.


Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may include or exclude VAT depending on your region. Local taxes, duties, or import fees may apply based on your shipping destination.


We reserve the right to modify product designs, adjust pricing, or discontinue products at any time.


4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian, and that all information provided is complete and accurate.


We accept commonly used payment methods such as credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other options shown at checkout.


Your order becomes final once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock inaccuracies.


5. Shipping and Delivery

Processing time is generally 1 to 2 business days. Shipping times vary per region and carrier.


Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor delivery progress.


Please ensure that all shipping details are correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.


International shipments may be subject to customs inspections or clearance procedures, which can create delays outside our control.


6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without providing a reason.


To exercise this right, contact us at support@fliqgear.com within 14 days of delivery.


Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.


Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.


7. Warranty

All Fliq Gear products come with a two-year legal warranty in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.


This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper use, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Information about return eligibility and instructions can be found on our Returns Page.


Refunds are processed once the returned items have been received and inspected. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on www.fliqgear.com, including text, images, videos, product designs, branding, trademarks, and other materials, is the intellectual property of JAM Global Ventures Limited or its licensors.


You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without our prior written consent.


10. Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect use of the product or from indirect or consequential losses.


Our total liability in connection with a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product concerned.


These limitations do not apply where liability cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Unfounded or Unlawful Disputes

If a customer files a dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal without valid legal grounds, or before contacting our customer service to resolve the matter, Fliq Gear reserves the right to recover any direct costs incurred as a result of the dispute process.


This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Chargeback fees imposed by the payment provider
  • Administrative processing costs
  • Shipping and handling fees already incurred
  • Costs related to investigation, documentation and communication with payment providers


These costs may be deducted from:

  • Any future refunds the customer is entitled to, or
  • The original order value if the dispute is ultimately resolved in our favor


We will always provide written evidence to the customer demonstrating why the dispute was deemed unfounded.


Obligation to Contact Customer Support First

Before initiating a dispute or chargeback, customers are required to contact our support team at support@fliqgear.com and allow us reasonable time to assess and resolve the issue.


Failure to do so may result in:

  • Delay of the resolution
  • Recovery of chargeback-related fees, if the payment provider rules in our favor
  • Suspension of the customer’s account in cases of repeated misuse

This policy does not limit or affect your statutory consumer rights.


Fraudulent Disputes

If a dispute is found to be fraudulent or intentionally misleading, we reserve the right to:

  • Recover all related financial losses
  • Block future purchases
  • Report the case to the payment provider for further investigation
  • Take legal action if necessary


Such cases include, but are not limited to:

  • Filing a dispute after confirmed delivery with valid proof of delivery
  • Claiming non-receipt while tracking confirms acceptance at the provided address
  • Attempting to obtain both the product and a refund (“double refund” fraud)


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Hong Kong unless mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s own country require otherwise.
