60-Day Hassle-Free Returns
You have 60 days from the delivery date to return your item. No long forms, no back-and-forth — just a simple process.
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your return meets the following conditions:
Order number must be clearly included in the package.
Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all accessories (e.g. cables, remote)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot refund items that are lost in transit.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may unfortunately be rejected.
To start a return, email us at support@fliqgear.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If your item is damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost — just let us know and we’ll make it right.
