At Fliq™, we stand behind the products we create and we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Our return process is simple and straightforward.
60-Day Hassle-Free Returns
You have 60 days from the delivery date to return your item.
To ensure a smooth return, please make sure your return meets the following conditions:
- Your order number is clearly included inside the package.
- Products are returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
- All accessories included with the product (such as cables or remote units) are returned as well.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
To start a return, email us at support@fliqgear.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will guide you through the process step by step.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If your item is damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost. Contact us and we will arrange a solution quickly.
