Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

To reduce unnecessary handling and improve delivery efficiency, your Fliq™ order is shipped directly from the closest available fulfilment partner.

This approach helps limit excess warehousing and avoids additional transport steps.

While this method may take slightly longer than next-day delivery, it allows us to maintain a consistent balance between product quality, reliability and operational efficiency.


Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders over €50.

Shipping costs for orders below this threshold are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost, significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
